On this day, people do an elaborate Krishna pooja to please the Lord. When the puja is done successfully complete, Lord Krishna showers you with all his blessings and brings in happiness and success. This year Covid-19  Pandanamic has destroyed all the festivals. It seems Covid-19 and festivals which are celebrated in India are fighting to each other. Dr. Aati Dahiya, Relationship Expert and Founder of Niyati by Aarti says that the whole world is in fear to be affected by Corona but the people of the world specially in India, people are celebrating their festivals without any fear in a small event. Janmashtami is around the corner, people will do the puja in the temple or in the house but with protection of avoiding to be affected by Corona.
Dr.Aarti Dahiya has shared some key points to make Lord Krishna happy.First of all this year janmashtami should be celebrated at home as Covid-19 is around the world. During the puja Lord Krishana should be positioned in North –East direction and at the time of Puja devotees should be worn yellow coloured clothes which are highly propitious for good fortune and luck, peace. We all know that Lord Krishna has been bathed with Panchamrat ,mixture of honey, sugar, milk, curds and ghee, Gangajal. The colour of sugar, milk, curds and ghee is white .It implies  Lord Krishna is showering peace in the family and honey signifies to finish off the bitterness in the family and the sacred Gangajal brings the divine mind for everyone in the family. In Prasad or bhog Then, the idol is offered different food items or 'bhog'. It can vary from milk and milk products, fruit, kheer, pedha, churma and makhan, mishri. If it is noticed that most of  his food items or bhog is in the colour of white and white is the symbol of peace. Dr. Aarti Dahiya says that Lord Krishna is Known to be  kind towards his devotees. Therefore, if anyone is undergoing problems in life, Lord Krishna  is always there to  help you to get out of it, brings Positivity and helps  you to achieve Success and Prosperity. Lord Krishna  helps to maintain a Harmonious Relationship in family.
Dr. Aarti Dahiya, Relationship Expert and Founder of Niyati by Aarti says ‘’In this Covid-19 Pandemic people are keen to do puja of Lord Krishna. But in this situation of when the whole world is suffering, people will keep it in mind that not to harm anyone by Corona instead of that they will spread the love and peace among family . They will do the puja cautiously and with devotion to Lord Krishna.’’

Due to COVID-19, the Janmashtami in temples has to be very simple with no gathering of people. The temple should be sanitized and sanitizer should be there just before entering in the temple. The security of the temple should take care of the devotees. Only 4-5 devotees can enter in at the same time. This year for Covid-19 puja for Lord Krishna will be different like not to offer Prasad to God or other devotees and no touching rule should be maintained. Lord Krishna will feel happy when devotees will come to see him and will do pranam to him.
