Love Yourself

We are now at that time of year when the season is the verge of change and once more, special pull is essential for our immunity to be boosted.

The major affect of seasonal change is the change in air and climate thus, an extra sense of cautiousness is essential. Wouldn’t it be great to find a way not to get sick this season by doing a bit to our health every day?

Firstly, this is a well known fact that 70-80% of wellness is through a healthy gut and healthy digestive system. It is believed that almost trillions of bacteria live in our gut collectively known as the “gut flora”.

These harmful bacteria forms a thick layer outside of our gut which slowly affects our gut system making it weaker in fighting with outside attackers like bacterium, helping to them in causing various diseases like diarrhea, cholera, stones, ulcer, etc. Lymphocytes are our soldiers and this is responsibility of our gut system to boost our body soldiers and their efficiency of fighting with our immunity enemies.
Our ancestors ate over 100 foods daily, whereas now many of us struggle to eat more than 20 different foods a day. There is evidence that many chronic metabolic diseases do, in fact, begin in the gut. This has a lot to do with the different gut bacteria residing in our digestive tracts, as well as the integrity of the gut lining. As per various deepened researches, endotoxins (Diets rich in sugar, coffee and alcohol) can sometimes “leak” through and enter the bloodstream amd contribute to a ‘leaky gut’, in which particles of food or other toxins leak through the gut wall.

Our immune system must exert itself to gobble up this flotsam of food, instead of gobbling virus particles and bacteria. When this happens, our immune system recognizes these foreign molecules and mounts an attack against them, resulting in a chronic inflammatory response.
Many killer diseases like Type 2 Diabetes, blood diseases, hormonal issues and body aches are the drives of inflammation in our system due to improper blood circulation and blood impurification.

The first step is to encourage healthy gut ecology is by eating probiotic foods (that contain the ‘good bacteria”) and prebiotic foods (that the good bacteria like to eat).
With the rapid change in technology and way of research and development we have surely advanced ourselves in medicines and treatment of diseases but there a few medical benefits which we may find within our homely vibes.
