Q. What are the objective on which a person should go for roomsXML and how is it different and beneficial from others?
A. roomsXML.com has so far introduced 10 unique features that are boon for its users – the travel agent. Many of the features are still to be emulated by other systems. Notably, two of its features have proved to be an industry game changer. One, de-duplication of hotels (showing the same hotel more than once – happens due to different suppliers’nomenclature) and Room Type Matching – showing the room name exactly the way hotels call it. Thus, there’s absolutely no confusion at the travel agent’s end whilst making the hotel booking. Moreover, our industry setting service standards make sure travel agents queries are handled efficiently.
Q. In what marketing strategy you believe to increase your turnover?
A. Surprisingly, we are not after turnovers. Building those is extremely easy. Just offer credit and discounts and the sales chart will quickly start moving north! Our strategy is simple – invest in improving the product offering and service. That way, we ensure that the growth is sustainable and more importantly, profitable.

A. At roomsXML.com, innovation is a continuous process. The Room Type Matching was the latest one. I urge non-users of roomsXML.com to take a look at the product. It costs them nothing to do that. As they say, the proof of the pudding is in eating one.

A. Relevant and simple to use.
Q. Share your experience so far, Ups and Downs you faced after being in this industry?
A. Thankfully, we have seen only ups since our soft launch in 2007. We are quite happy with the way things are moving for us.
